On the road again...

I got a job!...and that means I'm moving to Dallas, Texas! I'll be working at Medical City in the Pediatric ICU, and am actually excited to be working again! My last shift worked was in Australia (I've taken off work for over a month and made a wreath for crying out loud! - it's time for Sarah to be productive again.) It's definitely going to be a little culture shock getting back into the US nursing system. I was SO spoiled in Australia (no more hour long naps on nightshifts, crazy-long breaks, 1:1 ratios, or doctors starting IV's)
My plan is to be in Dallas for a while, and not move around every 3-6 months like I've been doing for the last couple years! SO pumped! Can't wait for a consistent group of friends that I won't have to say goodbye to, and an address I can call "home"!

Wreathent Activities

I made my first wreath today - out of grapevines from my brother's garden. Maybe I should go into wreath-making for my job...and quit this nursing business.
